App update -- 2

I had an app designed over a year ago but I never did anything with it. The app was fully functional and available in android and ios. Now when you open the app, it asks for your phone number to send a verification code, but no code comes. I paid for another year of aws so I'm not sure what has lapsed. I gave my info to another developer I found on here who did not fix the error. She is no longer responding to my messages. Now I cannot get into AWS. It says my password is incorrect but when I try to reset my password it says my account doesn't exist. Then when I try to create a new account it says my email is already in use. Again it was all working perfectly up until a few months ago. So I will need help getting into AWS and getting to verification process working again. Thank you.
