I am looking for assistance in setting up the infrastructure using Terraform on AWS. I need help specifically with the following AWS services:

- RDS
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Terraform and AWS services such as ECS, API Gateway, ELB, and ALB
- Experience in infrastructure management using Terraform
- Strong knowledge of EC2, S3, and RDS services on AWS
Additional Information:
- I already have an existing AWS account
- The intended use of the Terraform infrastructure is for infrastructure management.
