Amazon wholesale FBA expert

I have a list of brands that usually have a " No- Amazon" sales policy. We want to open a wholesale account with them and I need someone expert who can get us approved with them and convince them to allow us to sell on Amazon.
We need an expert who knows why brands reject wholesale applications and how to convince them.
