Amazon service associate

I am looking for a freelancer with a background in customer service and sales. The goal is to help build and manage an Amazon Seller Account. The freelancer must create a detailed project proposal outlining his/her qualifications. Additionally, the freelancer will be expected to offer technical guidance, help with marketing advice, and provide customer service in the form of solving queries related to any existing orders.
