Amazon PPC Advertising for (Small) Book Publisher

We have 1 book out that sells pretty well and we will be publishing another in the spring (this one has huge potential). I'd love to find someone who's okay working with a smaller brand and will help us optimize our current Amazon ads and will be there to help us launch the new book with targeted ads and keep them going indefinitely.
