Amazon FBA Expert Virtual Manager A to Z

I’m in need of an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Shop manager to run my Amazon FBA from A to Z. You must give suggestions to the best model to use, wholesale or arbitrage. I’m not interested in private labeling! You must be able to successfully do it all. I’m hiring you to help make me successful and not put me in a financial deficit. I’m looking for products with the following qualities:
-small and lightweight
-non-seasonal
-unregulated (items that’s easy to manufacture and distribute and don’t require a lot of legal paperwork and/or certifications)
-uncomplicated (no electronics, clothing products, etc)
You must be able to suggest products, provide suppliers/manufacturers that are reliable, help with fulfillment strategy options, create Amazon listings that are optimized to increase sales, pricing products appropriately, etc. You must be able to do it all in a short amount of time. I am proactive about becoming successful on Amazon and I expect for my VA/VM to be proactive daily and without delay. It should not take a week to research a product, especially if you claim that you are the expert.

I’m a fairly new seller on Amazon FBA. I need a VA who can do what they say and produce success only. I will need you to be up front with me every step of the way. I do not give my personal account credentials or financial information. I provide every financial interaction that involves purchase or payments of products and accounts. I also must be kept up front with any fees or costs associated with any 3PLs, bar codes, etc., as I need to approve any financial actions prior. Nothing can be done unless approved by me. I am a business, and all transactions will be conducted accordingly.

Please do not ask or look for me to contract with other freelancers or submit a different payment once I hire you. I cannot work with anyone who show signs of deception, mistrust, or lacking communication. Hopefully through your proven responsibilities and success of your management, we can develop a long-term relationship because of it.

I will pay a fixed price only and no hourly. I must know that you will be capable of doing what you say. Please be prepared to express what you can do in a months time. My time zone is USA EST GMT. If you can’t produce anything within our agreed upon timeframe, you are not the right person for my Amazon VA and will be terminated. You must be able to communicate with me daily and often as I like to know what is happening and feel confident that you are being proactive.
