Amazon Connect smart dialer blended call center solution

i want to set up amazon connect with a smart dialer so that i dont have to use a third party.

can you do this https://www.enghouseinteractive.com/amazonconnect i want to have my own system without dealing with a 3rd party agency like enghouse.. this is what i want with amazon connect .. can you do this for me

i already have a fully automated vicidialer. but i want something more automated.. my amazon connect account is already set up. but its not doing smart dial for a blended call center operation.
