I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up an Amazon Connect instance for my business. I require an Enterprise instance with support for 50-100 agents. The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon Connect setup and management.
We need to setup a Robocalling VoIP setup.
Requirements:
- Experience with Amazon Connect setup and management
- Knowledge of AWS services and integrations
- Ability to integrate CRM systems and third-party APIs to the Amazon Connect instance
- Familiarity with custom Lambda functions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with my team.
