Amazon S3 Bucket Relational Database Storage Issue

S3 bucket is filled with millions of items, probably connected to a relational database service. The first job is to gain access to that storage bucket, explain contents, and offer options relating to purpose and relational database function/dependence. This amount of items crashed my computer with the S3 browser. End of first phase , and bids around $20 USD will be accepted.
