Amazon AWS SES services related job

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with various tasks related to Amazon AWS SES services.

Specifically, I need help with the following:
- getting the account out of the sandbox
- Email template design: I require someone with experience in designing visually appealing and professional email templates.
- Setting up email campaigns: I need assistance in setting up multiple email campaigns using Amazon AWS SES services.
- Troubleshooting and fixing delivery issues: I am encountering some delivery issues with my current email campaigns and need someone who can identify and fix these issues.

Skills and experience required for this job include:

- Proficiency in Amazon AWS SES services and its various features.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template design.
- Experience in setting up and managing email campaigns using Amazon AWS SES.
