Alibaba Cloud Tech Support & Maintenance
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking an expert service provider from China to manage the technical support and maintenance of my Alibaba Cloud services and Google Cloud Platform. Due to the specific requirements of the project, the ideal service provider should be able to:
- Conduct regular system checks and reporting. This will involve diligent monitoring of the system to ensure it is running optimally and without any glitches. Any anomalies detected should be promptly reported for swift action.
- Perform system updates and upgrades when necessary. The provider must keep the system updated to ensure security and efficiency of the Alibaba Cloud services.
- Perform daily operation, incident, change, patching, monitoring for Alibaba cloud.
- Second level operation (incident) for Google cloud platform, 1st level support by customer team.
- Weekend Standby is required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Professional knowledge of Alibaba Cloud services
- Proficient in system monitoring and reporting
- Expertise in implementing system updates and upgrades
- Preferably service providers located in China.
