Alert/Notifications- pathway from servers on AWS to Apple devices

Hello, we are looking for someone to help with a segment of our service. Our server (Linux) is in AWS. We have apps already developed for iWatch and iPhone, We need notifications/alerts to send to apple devices at certain data points. We use sequel to run code. We need someone to program the communication between our servers to Apple servers then to our apple devices that allows alert notifications on apple devices. We would like someone who knows how to do the work needed and is familiar with SWIFT, XCODE,C++, SQL, AWS, Linux, Windows, iwatch and iphone.
