AWS webapp utilizing Claude 3 Sonnet

I'd like to work with an AWS guru who can show me how to build a simple serverless webapp via AWS. This webapp would accept a stock symbol, and an optional additional prompt. It would then utilize Claude 3 Sonnet via AWS Bedrock to pull a recent news article and write a detailed investment analysis about the company. Additional work to follow incorporating a proprietary stock rating system that I would have API access to. I'm always looking for talent, so many more projects to come for the right person. Looking for someone who would be patient working with someone like me with an IT background. Someone with good English could show me the steps along to the way so that I could support this app and others moving forward.
