AWS system for statistical analysis and AI learning for prediction models

I am looking for qualified programmers who know AWS and it's predictive models, machine learning, and AI capabilities take historical data to help create a system with the ability to predict final outcomes. We would provide all the data required and it would be on you to program and maintain the systems for the initial outcome. The final goal is to create a program to maintain predictions use current forecasts.
