AWS solution Architcest

I'm looking for an AWS solution architect with a solid knowledge of best practices, and an expertise in customizing and configuring resources. I already have an existing AWS setup, which the solution architect will build on and provide scheduled maintenance. This person should also be able to provide troubleshooting and on-demand assistance as needed.
