AWS setup, SFTP, database upload access

We need help to setup AWS account, IAM/ Instances, SFTP & database upload access etc etc. Need someone professional, with good English, willing to support on SOS basis 24x7 as & when we get stuck with server issues. If you are available 5 days or 6 days a week & cannot support on holidays or weekends then do not bid. If you are not an expert at AWS & dependent on team members or will outsource it to 3rd party then do not bid. We need someone professional, with integrity to associate with us long-term on our server related matters.
