AWS S3 expert to help us change from using standard bucket policy to Using IAM policy

I am looking for an AWS S3 expert to assist us in changing our current standard bucket policy to an IAM policy. Our application currently uses a whitelisted domain policy to allow only certain domains to access the bucket. The issue is we nolonger have control of the domains that will need access to our bucket so it seems We to now move to use an IAM policy.
The IAM policy should grant limited access to the AWS S3 resources. We want to have more control over the bucket access, allowing only specific actions to be performed.
The purpose of changing to an IAM policy is to have more control over bucket access. We want to ensure that only authorized users can perform certain actions on the resources.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
