AWS deployment through Systems Manager or other solution

Hi, I need to take some variables from the cloudformation console (such as endpoint hostname, and splunk index names) and put those in a pre-prepared values.yaml file, which them will be deployed to a kubernetes cluster using Helm. This is to install the splunk connector from kuberentes to be monitored by splunk.
