AWS command line

Hello! I am looking for someone with expertise in the AWS command line - uploading folders to my S3 buckets and ensuring good upload speeds (currently only getting 1mb p/s, and to trouble shoot an issue. Specifically, I need help with S3, as I am having trouble getting it up and running. I would need them to start working on this ASAP, so that I can successfully get this project off the ground.
