AWS-based Health Web Apps Development

I'm looking for a talented developer or a team to create a simple website running on AWS. This project will involve building two main components for two different user personas:
1. A mobile responsive web app
2. A desktop-oriented web app.
Key Project Aspects:
- The mobile responsive web app's primary function is to allow users to submit questionnaire responses.
- The desktop web app's main role is to enable the review of these submitted questionnaire responses.
- The project must incorporate social login options, specifically Google and Facebook.
- All database and code development must ensure HIPAA compliance, leveraging appropriate AWS tools.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AWS services, e.g., Cognito, RDS.
- Experience in developing mobile responsive web apps and desktop web apps.
- Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Ability to integrate social login features into web apps.
- Prior experience in creating POC type websites will be an advantage.
