AWS assistance with IAM permissions for Elastic Beanstalk

Hi,
We have an API which is deployed to Elastic Beanstalk using 'eb deploy' at cmd line.
However, recently this stopped working - with the following errors:
2022-03-14 05:19:56 INFO Environment update is starting.
2022-03-14 05:20:00 ERROR One or more objects in the Elastic Beanstalk bucket could not be deleted. Verify that your S3 policies allow you to perform 's3:DeleteObject'.
2022-03-14 05:20:00 ERROR Failed to deploy application.
I just need someone with AWS experience to run me through resolving this.
