AWS architecture design

I am looking for a backend AWS architecture design for a consumer facing mobile app (iOS) and web app. Need architecture only at this time. This app is expected to be based on consumer authorized 3rd party data which will be extracted real time with 3rd party API integration. There will be quite a bit of visualization in the app, millisecond level response time is expected for the time series data ( to visualize and to process), real time alerts and a recommendation engine is planned. I am looking for just an AWS based backend design at this time. Functional flow diagrams and other specifications will be shared once the work starts..
