AWS WAF rule creation - nested json format

I need a WAFv2 rule for AWS which will require a json formatted rule that has a NOT statement under an OR or AND statement.

This project requires basic knowledge of AWS WAFv2 and json format. I can provide a sample but I need to build a complex nested json from the sample.
