AWS Terraform Support Required Immediately

I'm looking for an experienced professional to offer support for terraform building in order to create AWS resources. Unfortunately, I am unable to specify which resources I would need at the moment, as this information will be provided as we proceed. An extensive background in AWS is crucial, ideally with a strong understanding of resources such as Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Amazon EC2 Instances, and Amazon RDS Databases, Glue setup. Understanding how to set up permissions is also essential. I need this project to be completed as soon as possible, hence your ability to work swiftly under pressure will be appreciated.
