AWS L2 Support

I am in need of a cloud support specialist with a focus on AWS services. The support I need is focused on debugging and troubleshooting any issues that arise, with an ultimate goal of providing an improved experience for my customers. I have a basic understanding of the AWS services available and have existing experience using them, so the ideal candidate should too. I'm looking for someone to provide a high level of technical support within two hours of a query being submitted. The perfect candidate should have knowledge in cloud computing, DevOps, including experience with AWS, as well as debugging and troubleshooting.
