AWS Storage Configuration Debugging for my application

I’m looking for an experienced Freelancer to help debug an issue with an AWS storage service. Specifically, I need help troubleshooting problems related to retrieving data from an S3 service.
I have a PHP laravel based web application that allows users to store documents with their accounts.
Right now Users are able to store documents download and view them easily when we use local storage,
But when we use AWS S3 Storage, users can store their documents but are not able to access like view or download the documents they stored. access denied message comes up
I am looking for a solution for this, I need a person who has knowledge of PHP and amazon s3
