AWS Specialist for CI/CD Pipeline Optimization
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Containerize applications using Docker, and deploy and manage them within Kubernetes clusters.
Manage AWS infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) for hosting applications and services.
Build and maintain automated deployment processes for production, staging, and development environments.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment processes and a seamless workflow from development to production.
Ensure continuous integration by automating code builds and tests, and improve code delivery cycles.
Work on monitoring and logging of deployed applications in cloud environments (AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Handle rollbacks and disaster recovery plans for deployments.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and support production environments as needed.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to manage cloud resources.
Continuously improve deployment processes and tools for better scalability, speed, and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience with Jenkins for creating and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
Docker expertise in containerizing Java (or other) applications.
Experience deploying applications using Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
Proficient in scripting and automation with Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience, preferably with AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or CloudWatch.
Linux/Unix systems knowledge for server and deployment management.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and related deployment patterns.
Experience with continuous delivery concepts and tools.
Knowledge of Nginx or Traefik for reverse proxy configurations in Kubernetes.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other related certifications.
Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments (e.g., IAM, encryption).
