BestAgent is an advanced modular integrative predictive Ai data analytics platform that lessen legacy losses given default during repossesion, mortgagee-in-possession and foreclosure sale of residential real estate.
BestAgent reduces claims, improves and optimizes residential real estate sales transactions for:
Lenders Mortgage Insurance Providers (Australia)
Private Mortgage Insurance Providers (North America, UK and Europe)
Banks and their Arrears, Recovery, Collections and Hardship departments
Your tasks will revolve around:
- Managing and optimizing the Product Listings of our platform.
- Initial customer inquiries regarding our platform.
- Partner Central ACE Program reporting.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in AWS Marketplace and Partner Central, have a developed understanding of the financial services SaaS procurement process, comfortable with customer service, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
