I'm looking for an AWS expert who can set up my profile in Mumbai with 1000 virtual central processing units (vcpus). This highly specific task requires excellent knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
Key tasks include:
* Setting up EC2 instances specifically optimized for compute.
* Ensuring the configuration supports the primary application of machine learning.
