AWS - Set up Workspace with Quickbooks installed in it for each of our users

We need to install Workspace from an EC2 instance with all configurations as follows:

At least 150 GB of Storage
At least 12 GB of RAM
8 vCPUs
The VPC, Subnets, user credentials and security groups need to all be properly configured for it to be launched.
