AWS Server Upload Limit - Beanstalk

We are using AWS BeansTalk,
We setup our server's max upload limit 100 MB
Issue:
Every time we depoly the code>> the server maximum limit goes back to 5 MB>> then we have to increase the limit to 100 MB manually, again and again.

Task: to create a proper solution or file or code to fix the max upload time 100 MB, and not falls back to defualt.
