Job ID: 39521120

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I'm seeking an experienced professional to set up and configure Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) and integrate it with Sendmails.io for three verified sending domains. $50 fixed price must have relevant experience Fixed price $50

Key Requirements:
- High deliverability is the primary goal.
- No email templates need to be migrated or created.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in AWS SES and Sendmails.io
- Proven track record in setting up high deliverability email infrastructures
- Ability to deliver a production-ready solution with no further technical intervention required

We require an experienced professional to set up and fully configure Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) and integrate it seamlessly with Sendmails.io for three distinct sending domains. The primary objective is to deliver a robust, production-ready email sending infrastructure that can be immediately utilized by our marketing team for building and executing email campaigns, without further technical intervention required on our end.

Key Deliverables:

Fully Verified Amazon SES Account (for 3 Domains):

Domain Verification: Ensure all three designated sending domains are fully verified within Amazon SES, including all necessary DKIM records for each domain.
Email Identity Verification: If specific "From" email addresses are required beyond the domains, ensure these are also verified.
DKIM Configuration & Propagation: Implement Easy DKIM (or BYODKIM if preferred/necessary) with a 2048-bit key for each of the three domains. Verify that all DKIM DNS records for all domains have fully propagated globally and are showing "verified" status in the AWS SES console.
SPF & DMARC Recommendations/Guidance: Provide clear instructions and recommended DNS records for SPF and DMARC for each domain to maximize email deliverability and sender reputation. While direct implementation of DMARC may not be required, guidance is essential.
Bounce & Complaint Notifications: Set up proper bounce and complaint notifications (e.g., via SNS to an email address or Lambda function) to ensure compliance with AWS SES policies and maintain a healthy sender reputation for all sending activities.
Amazon SES Production Access (for 3 Domains):

Sending Limit Removal: Successfully submit and gain approval for production access to Amazon SES, removing the sandbox sending limits for all three domains. This includes crafting a compelling use-case description as required by AWS.
Initial Quota & Rate: Confirm the initial daily sending quota and sending rate granted by AWS upon production access, applicable to sending across all configured domains.
Sendmails.io Integration (for 3 Domains):

API/SMTP Connection: Configure Sendmails.io to connect to Amazon SES using the recommended method (preferably API, otherwise SMTP credentials) for sending from all three domains.
Sending Server Setup: Ensure separate sending servers or identities are correctly configured in Sendmails.io for each of the three domains, named, and linked to their respective verified SES identities.
Domain/From Address Synchronization: Verify that all three domains and any specific "From" email addresses are correctly recognized and selectable within Sendmails.io for campaign creation.
Test Sending: Conduct successful test sends from Sendmails.io through the newly configured SES integration for each domain to confirm full functionality.
Technical Requirements & Access:

AWS Access: We will provide temporary, restricted IAM user credentials with the necessary permissions to access and configure Amazon SES within our AWS account.
DNS Management: We host our domains on Cloudflare (CF). If DNS record modifications are required, we will provide temporary, restricted access to the relevant Cloudflare account or implement specific DNS changes as instructed by the specialist.
Sendmails.io Access: We will provide temporary login credentials for our Sendmails.io account.
Outcomes & Handoff:

Upon completion, the specialist will provide:

Confirmation that Amazon SES is out of sandbox mode, with increased sending limits for all three domains.
Confirmation that all domain and DKIM verifications for all three domains are complete and propagated.
Confirmation that Sendmails.io is fully connected and authorized to send emails via SES for all three domains.
A brief summary document detailing the configuration, any specific notes for each domain, and recommendations for maintaining email health (e.g., monitoring bounce/complaint rates).
Any necessary credentials generated during the process (e.g., SES SMTP credentials if used, though API is preferred).
Timeline:

The core active work for this setup is estimated to be 3-5 actual hours. However, due to external dependencies (DNS propagation, AWS SES production access approval which can take up to 24-48 hours), the project should be considered complete once all deliverables are verified and fully propagated. We are looking for someone who can prioritize this task and initiate the AWS production access request as quickly as possible.
