AWS SES/SNS Program

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with my AWS SES/SNS program. I specifically need help with both SES and SNS services.

Requirements:
- Experience with AWS SES and SNS services
- Familiarity with setting up and managing email campaigns using SES
- Knowledge of configuring and managing SNS topics and subscriptions
- Ability to integrate SES and SNS with other AWS services

Goals:
- Set up and configure AWS SES for sending transactional and marketing emails
- Implement bounce and complaint handling for email deliverability
- Set up and manage SNS topics and subscriptions for sending notifications
- Ensure proper tracking and monitoring of email and notification metrics
