AWS SES Removal From Sandbox Mode

My Amazon SES account is in the sandbox . I had Requested For Removal from Sanbox and activation of Production Mode but it has been Rejected. Anyone assist Me With .
PS; Full Payment Will be done After Account Removal from Sandbox Mode and Activation of Production Mode.
