AWS EC2 and Route53 istance problem (cloning or restore a previous version)

We have an odoo12 running on AWS instance in EC2 it is connected to various websites routed through Route53 hosted by AWS

1. We need to duplicate the istance and restore a previous image
2. or give access to an odoo specialist and fix a current problem
