AWS Redshift help needed

I am looking for an experienced AWS Redshift expert to help me with data modeling. The ideal candidate should have experience with query optimization and be able to troubleshoot performance issues. This is an ongoing gig, and will be paid as we go. I need initial handholding. Person with good communication skills in English is preferred. Someone that can get onto a phone call for 15 mins sessions is preferred. Occasionally I may have some questions about AWS Redshift implementation.
