I need someone to create an EC2 Red Hat 9.x server on AWS for me. The primary purpose of this server is web hosting, so it's crucial to have a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack installed on it.

Key Requirements:
- Set up an EC2 Red Hat 9.x server on AWS
- Install the LAMP stack
- Configure the server for web hosting

Specific Technologies:
