AWS RDS Connection to Wix Database Support

Currently, I am facing difficulties in connecting my AWS RDS with the Wix Database. The main issue encountered is the inability to establish a connection between the two platforms. This is my first attempt at this process, hence, I have not tried any external plugins or tools.
