AWS & Pulumi devops help. Set up a CI/CD pipeline

Hi, we are a small software development firm. We need help with a project that is hosted on AWS.
The project is set up as a mono-repo, they're using SST + Pulumi.
The app is built on NextJS/Tailwind/MongoDB+Prisma/Redis.
We manage an AWS server for a long time but we need help getting up to speed with the other stuff.

We need help with these two plus longterm maintenance:
1. Help set up a CI/CD pipeline. (important)
2. Help set up a DB migration workflow; currently this is done manually but it should ideally be involved in the CI/CD pipeline. (nice to have)
