AWS Production Environment Setup Assistance

I need help with AWS setup. My python website is dockerized, already deployed in EC2 containers, with a load balancer and an s3 container for the static files, I need to make sure the bill doesn't go through the roof, and I want a professional to look at it and configure some things, the changes and make it so that I can make the website perfectly scalable and workable and make sure that copies are managed properly. How much will this cost and how long is the time to do it .
