AWS Nat gateway

I'm looking for experienced AWS professionals with expertise in NAT Gateways. Currently, I have a configuration of multiple NAT gateways in different availability zones. I need help replacing them or turning them off. I don't need any other additional features like Elastic IP addresses or routing policies, I just need the NAT Gateway.
