AWS Migration and Java Code Optimization

I am seeking an experienced developer to assist with migrating and optimizing our current application infrastructure. The project involves several key tasks aimed at improving performance, scalability, and security by leveraging AWS services.
Key Requirements:
- Migrate MySQL database from a local server to AWS RDS.
- Transfer all file uploads/attachments from local disk to AWS S3, ensuring all application references are updated accordingly.
- Optimize and refactor the event booking code, specifically the booking confirmation process, to handle 100+ concurrent bookings efficiently.
- Set up AWS infrastructure, including RDS, S3, and IAM roles, following security best practices.
- Implement JMeter load testing to validate performance improvements.
- Update and maintain the frontend as needed, using GWT/JavaScript.
- Document all migration steps and provide comprehensive handover documentation.
