AWS Mautic Database Connection ERROR

Fix "Database connection error (code #0)" and error "Error establishing a database connection", from domain and subdomain (we have installed mautic in subdomain)... The problem was due to account suspension/reactivation in AWS. We are using mautic in subdomain for SES emai marketing and domain a wordpress theme.
