AWS Lightsail to EC2 migration with start stop scheduler and regular s3 backups

I need to migrate my existing windows server running on Lightsail to a t2.medium server on ec2 which needs to start and stop during our office working hours and also need to establish regular backups every day of the week on S3 buckets which overwrites every week.
