AWS Lex Bot integrated to open AI 4o for Website
Budget: $250 – $500 AUD
I'm in urgent need of an AWS Lex Bot that connects to OpenAI 4o for now, to be integrated into my existing website. Here are the key requirements:
- Voice & Text Input/Output: The bot should support voice and text inputs from users. Additionally, it should respond to user queries via both text and voice.
- Multilingual Support: The bot only currently needs to handle English language inputs and outputs only.
- Welcome Message: Before the first user input, the bot should be able to play a welcome message. This will help in setting a friendly tone and also assist users in initiating their queries.
- I need the input verbatims from users and the responses logged and easily retrievable as they will form data from users on what features are most important so I can prioritise future development. It will also assist with training my own SLM.
I have an AWS environment setup. I have a chat GPT licence but I need advice what is needed for open AI.
As part of the work I need someone that can estimate the costs per month once operational so I can put various levels into my business case. At the start this is for a POC to get in front of users for feedback.
I am sure there is more that is needed but think that is enough for someone to estimate a rough effort and price to get started
