AWS Lambda api to download tiktok, reels as mp4

I am looking for a developer to create an AWS Lambda API that allows me to download both TikTok and Reels videos as MP4 files. The API should have the following features:
- Ability to download both TikTok and Reels videos
- No need for any security measures such as password protection or encryption
- Expected daily volume of videos to download is less than 100
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
