AWS, CF, Lambda, SQS NodeJS project

I need an experienced AWS software practitioner to build me the backend of a new service. It requires experience with:
- CloudFormation templates to set up CI/CD for the services bellow
- Lambda node service to parse/retrieve data from DynamoDB (API gateway GET)
- Lambda node service to insert data into DynamoDB (API gateway POST/PUT)
- Sqs queue for new requests, connected with SNS for email notifications
