AWS LAMBDA LAYERS

I am looking for an experienced AWS specialist to help set up a Lambda Layer for a Python environment. This layer needs to have execute access, so that would be the level of access to configure. The task involves making sure that the Lambda Layers are properly set up and are running correctly with the correct levels of access.
