We are looking for an experienced IoT AWS backend developer who can not only design and implement the backend infrastructure for our IoT device but also provide strategic consultation throughout the project. Our goal is to build a scalable and secure platform that enables data management, real-time monitoring, and seamless user interaction via a mobile application.
Scope of Work:
1. Consultation and Strategy:
• Provide expert advice on best practices for building scalable IoT solutions.
• Offer guidance on architecture design, cost optimization, and security measures.
• Recommend tools, technologies, and AWS services tailored to our specific use case.
2. Backend Development:
• Build a robust backend using AWS IoT Core, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and other AWS services.
• Implement features such as device registration, data ingestion, and real-time communication.
3. User Management:
• Develop a secure user authentication and management system (e.g., Cognito or similar).
• Include user roles, permissions, and device-specific controls.
4. Data Storage & Processing:
• Set up an efficient storage and processing pipeline for IoT data.
• Implement analytics or processing features for actionable insights.
5. API Development:
• Design and deploy RESTful APIs for seamless integration with mobile apps and web portals.
• Ensure performance and security optimization for API endpoints.
6. Payment Integration (Optional):
• Incorporate a subscription-based billing system for device users.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in AWS IoT services and backend development.
• Strong expertise in secure IoT communication protocols (MQTT, HTTPS).
• Skilled in API design and integration with mobile applications.
• Demonstrated experience with serverless architecture and AWS cost optimization.
