AWS Infrastructure with Terraform/Terragrunt

I need an ECS cluster (that eventually will run with Fargate) cluster in AWS. So I need help creating/organizing Terraform modules to achieve this, in an Terragrunt fashion/directory setup and blueprint.

More details such as ports, and possible naming conventions follow soon. I will conduct the testing myself.
